LO2: Addressed Certifications - Short Trailer Certificate Under BBFC

This is a trailer rating which would be 15. As there is only implied killing, minimal blood and no swearing or sexual content. Therefore this trailer would be 15.

This would be distributed on the internet and before selected films of 15 and above in cinemas. The trailer would be distributed in full most commonly before a user decides to watch a video.

To pass for an 18 rated film it would need to have the following:
  • very strong violence
  •   frequent strong language (e.g. 'f***') and / or very strong language (e.g. ‘c***’)
  •   strong portrayals of sexual activity
  •   scenes of sexual violence
  •   strong horror
  •   strong blood and gore
  •   real sex (in some circumstances)
  •   discriminatory language and behavior

LO2 Feedback on Rushes

Feedback

So far our feedback is very positive, with feedback that fits the psychological thriller theme and a concept that 100% of people like.

The trailer was fairly easy to follow, but the point of the trailer is to be flashy and not be totally understandable.

Generally people think that it follows are original concept and gives the impression of a psychological thriller.
